Rosie’s Tavern Upstairs at Josephine Estelle
Rosie’s Tavern is a neighborhood cocktail bar and tavern from chefs Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman. Located above sister restaurant Josephine Estelle, guests can enjoy a pre- or post- dinner cocktail at the 25-seat bar or indulge in quality “old school” favorites like burgers and steaks alongside soups, salads, shareable apps, and raw bar offerings like "Peel ‘em and Eat ‘em” Gulf Shrimp, Beef Tartare served with house salt & vinegar chips, and oysters on the half shell. The bar program is driven by both classic and inventive cocktails, like the “Halfway to Halftime,” a take on the Garibaldi (select aperitivo, grapefruit sherbet, carbonated orange) and the “Beneath the Light of a Flower Moon” (vodka, lavender, hibiscus, citrus, sparkling wine) alongside a curated wine selection. Dark, moody, and effortlessly cozy, Rosie’s Tavern is an ode to the Americana classics with a rich, atmospheric interior where shadows, texture, and tone create the perfect vibe to settle in for a lingering dinner or slide in for a single drink. Rosie’s Tavern is open Sunday, Tuesday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Friday & Saturday 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
